Set in the stunning Cornish countryside, only 6 miles from the popular surf town of Newquay and with easy access to the A30, you couldn’t wish for a better base from which to explore everything Cornwall has to offer.

Lovely modern spacious 4 bed property with 3 well equipped bathrooms, everything you could need for your holiday. All beds are made up for 8 guests.

Lounge area has 3 large sofas, Sky TV.
2. KITCHEN / DINING AREA
Well equipped with fitted Oven + Hob, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Large Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Nespresso Machine, Air Fryer and table for 8.
3. MAIN BEDROOM
With Superking bed, Juliette balcony overlooking communal gardens, bedside tables, ensuite facilities.
4. THERE ARE 3 OTHER BEDROOMS
2 doubles + 1 twin bedroom.
4 Bedrooms altogether.
5. FAMILY BATHROOM WITH LARGE BATH
Separate shower cubicle, WC + Wash basin.
6. ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM IS DOWNSTAIRS
Off the living room this is ideal if you have elderly guests visiting, or anyone who struggles with stairs.
This is not a Disabled property, all doors are standard width.
The House does not have a washing machine or dryer, but there are facilities on the resort.
We allow up to 3 dogs to stay for a small extra charge of £45.00. Please remember to bring doggy towels to ensure he or she is dry before coming back in to the cottage, a doggy bed, and throws to cover sofas etc. in case they jump up.
We do supply a selection of different size dog bowls.
All beds will be made up for you, with towels for your use but the house towels are for the house not for the swimming pools or beach. Please remember to bring your own Beach Towels.
Electric Cars: There are car charging stations at the resort. Please do not try to charge cars at the house, as this is strictly forbidden. It is dangerous to charge cars using extension leads, so we have to be very strict about this. Any guest charging a car here at the house will be charged £100 and asked to leave immediately.
We point out that this is a family resort we can not accept groups of young teenagers. Only booked guests can spend time at the property. No parties are allowed, we are not insured for this.

There are miles of sandy beaches to run along, the sea to go doggy paddling in, and lots of dog-friendly pubs and restaurants to visit. We believe you shouldn’t have to leave part of the family behind, when you’re planning your visit to Cornwall.

You will have access to everything Atlantic Reach Resort has to offer The resort is also fully equipped with an in and outdoor swimming pool. Play grounds for the kids, a massive water slide in the summer, Mini Golf, Cornwall Segway, Tennis Courts & lots more.
The Manor Arms Pub
A warm and welcoming pub, The Manor Arms, serving up tasty homemade food and your favourite drinks.
Take a break from cooking and enjoy delicious dishes, from light bites to full meals, just steps from your holiday accommodation. Indulge in delicious burgers and scampi or opt for smaller meals for the little ones. There’s also a daily specials menu with curry, steak
and locally caught seafood. The Manor Arms terrace is the place to be during the summer with an outdoor bar.
The Cafe
Found at the heart of Atlantic Reach Resort, The Cafe is the ideal spot to relax with something to eat and drink.
Conveniently located in the Leisure Club, it’s equally suited to enjoying a post-workout snack as it is a refreshing glass of something cold after a day at the beach.
A range of hot and cold drink options are available, with barista-style coffee to enjoy with a slice of cake.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind, no matter how you’ve spent your day at Atlantic Reach, the Cafe is the perfect place to settle down with family and friends.
The Hut
Found near the holiday arrivals reception, The Hut is a cabin stocked to the brim with all the treats you need for a great time outdoors!
With the play area and the Atlantic Reach Mini Golf course nearby, call in at The Hut for a break and cool down with a selection of refreshing drinks, snacks, tuck shop essentials and ice creams – it’s perfect for a pit stop. The Hut is open between May and September.
Even if the weather isn't playing there is also plenty to do with a indoor soft play area laser tag, or for the adults a gym, Fitness classes or a dip in the heated indoor pool.
